Yirgachefe
The Yirgachefe is grown at a high elevation (1,700-2,200 meters above sea level) in the Gedeo Zone, of the Southern Nations and Nationalities, and Peoples Region of Ethiopia. Known for its floral and fruity flavor and aroma with a light to medium body are frequently reviewed and rated as some of the highest quality Arabica coffees in the World.
Sidamo
The Sidama is grown at altitude of up to 1550-2200 meters in the Sidama Zone in the Southern Nation, Nationalities, and Peoples Region. Washed and dried Ehiopian Coffee best known for its rich, full body (mouth feel), sweet and complex flavor, low acidity, floral aroma, and finish that is bright and soft.
Guji
The beans are grown with an attitude of 1,500-2,350 above sea level. The forest jungle environment has also added to the beans plenty taste (A very big, bold character with a smooth, chocolate, mouthfeel, spicy , exotic, and clean) . Coupled with topography, culture, and flavor the Guji has a distinct terroir sustaining the classic characteristics.
Limu
Limu coffee is grown at elevations ranging from 3,600 to 6, 200 feetin South West /Southcentral Ethiopia producing medium sized coffee beans with a distinctive roundish shape and green color. Intense acidity , medium body, long, and complex and after state and high sweetness makes it balanced, yet Special Coffee.
